At Unique & Shine, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:
- Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of service completion.
- Refunds are only applicable to the original customer who booked the service.
- Partial refunds may be issued if only part of the service was unsatisfactory.
- Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after approval.
- We reserve the right to inspect and verify claims before issuing refunds.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
